He has been a Director on ITC Foods Limited, UTI Bank Limited; IL & FS Limited; National Investment Fund; National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.; National Collateral Management Services Limited; Munich Re India Services Private Limited; EMD Locomotive Technologies Private Limited; AIG Trustee Company (India) Private Limited; Universal Sompo General Insurance Company Limited, AXIS Bank Limited, Ken India Assurance Company Ltd.; National Commodities & Derivatives Exchange Limited and National Housing Bank. S Sridhar is a banker with about 38 years of experience in commercial and development banking of which 10 years was at the CEO/ Board level. He started his career with State Bank of India, India's largest commercial bank where he worked for about 12 years in various capacities. He has served/ serves in various national level committees and task forces for framing financial sector policies. He was on the Managing Committee of the Indian Banks' Association, and continues to be a member of the Board of Management of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He was Chairman and Managing Director of Central Bank of India until May 31, 2011 and earlier of National Housing Bank, India's regulator of Housing Finance Companies and apex Financial Institution for housing.

Sridhar studied at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He was awarded the Lord Aldington Banking Research Fellowship for the year 1984 by the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has received many awards/ honors, particularly for his innovative business models and institution building.

Sanjay Kumar Bhattacharyya, the former Managing Director and Chief Credit & Risk Officer with State Bank of India, is an astute senior level banker with over 38 years of experience spanning International and Corporate Banking across geographies, Retail Banking, Credit & Risk Management, Liability Management, Human Resource Management as CEO of three banks, including State Bank of India, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur and SBI (International) Mauritius.

He has participated in providing leadership to the Indian Financial System and being in the forefront of various initiatives undertaken by the SBI Group

A graduate of St. Stephens college, Mr. Bhattacharyya was the Managing Director of SBI from October 2007 to October 2010, and was responsible primarily for the management of the entire credit portfolio of the bank, ensuring implementation of sound credit and risk management policies and procedures and, in addition, being involved in the overall management of the bank in terms of policy formulations and strategies.

Mr. Ashok Shinkar was the CEO – Wholesale Credit at Capital First Limited (CFL), a NBFC, and majority owned by Warburg Pincus. Prior to which he was CFO of CFL.

Ashok was on the Board of Wanbury Limited, a Pharma company, where he headed finance function & also handled strategy, accounts, taxation, mergers and acquisitions and finance mobilizations

Past experiences include, investment banking experience in SSKI and JM, Morgan Stanley, where Ashok, handled Corporate Finance Advisory; M&A; Private Equity; Debt and Equity Structuring; and Merchant Banking activities

Ashok is a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Chiney, a very senior banker, has over 36 years of banking experience covering all aspects of banking including credit, treasury and international banking.

Mr. Chiney was General Manager in Bank of India, where he handled several key functions including, inter alia, Chief Executive of the Bank’s European Operations, giving him the experience and deep insights into the various facets of International Banking. Besides, Mr. Chiney was the Treasury Head, managing the local treasury operations. He also oversaw the entire overseas operations of the Bank, which has a long established presence in 19 countries.

Mr. Chiney was the Director on the Boards of Indo-Zambia Bank, STCI and Commonwealth Finance Corporation, Hong Kong

Siddharth Shinkar has 14 years experiance in auditing, consultancy and banking. He has worked in large banks & professional consulting organisations like ICICI, Ahli United Bank(a regional bank based in Bahrain), Ernst & young and Deloitte. In Ahli United Bank he worked on strategic acquisitions totaling US$1.6 billion and was involved in setting up the first islamic insurance company in the Middle East.

Ajit has over twenty-five years of experience in financial services.

Ajit was part of the team which started Real Estate Private Equity practice in ICICI Prudential, wherein, he was involved in management of all aspects of the real estate fund.

Earlier in his career, he has worked in SCICI, ICICI and in Global Investment House, Kuwait in areas ranging from private equity, project finance, corporate lending, financial restructuring, venture capital and corporate finance.

Ajit has a Masters in Management Studies (Finance) degree from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and the CFA charter (CFA Institute, US). He is also a member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), an international professional body in the field of real estate.

Sanjeev Verma has been working in the field of CSR, sustainability and impact investing for fast several years. He Co-Founded Indian Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR) as advisory, training and research firm to advice Indian companies on CSR & sustainability strategy. ICCSR launched India's first MS Program in CSR & Ethical Management in association with UAS, Vienna. He has advised companies on CSR/Sustainability Strategy and conducted workshops for senior Management. He was founding editor of 'CSR Today'. Earlier, he worked in sectors such as technology, Media, Manufacturing and retail with Naval Dockyard, Raptakos-Brett, Vogel-Jasubhai Media, ERIL/Adfactor Group,CBS Interactive, Belle View Pic in leadership positions.

He is a graduate in engineering from National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) with specialization in marines Engineering from Naval Technical Institute. He earned MBA from Southeastern University Washington DC.

Aditya Pande is Vice President at Strugence Investment Advisors. He has over 18 years of experience in Real Estate and Financial services. Prior to Strugence, he was part of Sheth Creators, a leading Mumbai based real estate developer.

Having started his career with Escorts Group, he established their financial services business i.e. stock broking, mutual fund distribution in Mumbai.

During last decade, he has been associated with prominent Mumbai based real estate developers like Marathon Group, Sheth Developers, Sheth Creators into roles of project acquisition, fund raising, investor relations, etc.
